Creative Japanese-style kaiseki meals using local ingredients. Sashimi of Ginhikari (rainbow trout) and snow fish (carp), fried rockfish, and hot pot of Jyoshu beef are available for your enjoyment. Most of the dining area has chair seating. Allergies can be accommodated upon prior request.
